Why is the last Wednesday of every month special? Because that's when our Head Brewer, Ty Phelps, hosts a cask tapping!

At cask tappings we serve cask-conditioned beer. A cask is a small batch of beer (11 gallons) that goes through a second fermentation in the cask thus naturally carbonating the beer. Our casks are almost always a special recipe or seasonal beer.
